Where are my orders shipped from?

Orders are shipped internationally from the United Kingdom.

Can I use my local currency to make the purchase?  
We accept payments in £/GBP or $USD.

When will my shipment be delivered?

Generally domestic shipments take 2-4 business days. Shipments to the EU take 2-11 business days and Worldwide destinations 3-17 business days. Express shipping is also available at check-out. All shipping is tracked and you will receive your tracking information once order has been dispatched.

What if my order is missing or delayed?

Chided Fashion is not responsible for any missing or delayed orders. Missing or delayed orders should be followed up directly with carrier through the provided shipping confirmation and tracking details. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure you provide correct shipping address at checkout.

What if I want to return or exchange my orders?

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for exhaustive information on refunds & exchanges. In the interest of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets

What if my order is damaged?

In order to provide our customers with a pleasurable shopping experience, Chided Fashion products follow a rigorous inspection ahead of dispatch. However, for any faulty or damaged items, please contact us at chidedfashion@gmail.com within 28 days. Chided Fashion is not responsible for returns past the returns policy.
